After 20 months of accupation in Somalia, Ethiopian prime minister told the Financail times that he will withdraw his troops from Somalia, even if the Somali Transitional Federal Goverment is cabable of handling the security in Somalia or not.

Is this a new policy of easing the chaos in Somalia ? or does it cost too much to stay in Somalia ?
